Return and policy
At IRIS AND PEACH, we give utmost importance to quality.
Our garments go through multiple stages of inspection before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your account and can be used for future purchases.
For exchanges, you may choose:
- Another size of the same product, or
- A different product of the same value, or
- A higher-value product by paying the price difference
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability in stock.
To initiate a request, write to us at hello@irisandpeach.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Our team may ask for product images for initial approval.
The product must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.
Once approved, you will be asked to courier the product to the address shared via email. After receiving the product, a final quality check will be conducted before processing your return or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.
Please allow 7–8 working days for processing after the product is received.
